Hourglass Investments, LLC has been buying, renovating, and running Texas property since 2022. We are not a fund and not a management company — every building on this site is one we own.
How we got here
The business started in 2022 with a seller-financed note in San Antonio — a small position that still pays every month. What we learned from it is the thing the company still runs on: the return is made at the purchase, and the rest is execution.
Since then we have added short-term rentals in Dallas and Houston, each bought needing work and each renovated before it opened. We do not buy finished product.
